
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium avocado
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons liquid coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup chopped dates
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Place the first set of ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender and mix until you have a batter.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl and then fold into your batter along with the dates.
- Add batter to an oiled 8x8 glass dish and bake for 22-27 minutes.
