Working with me is more than just one-on-one coaching. It’s a step-by-step process of bringing alignment into your life. This process begins at the surface level where we take a look at what you’re eating, what you’re thinking, and how often you’re moving. After taking a look at where you are we design a plan to get you to where you want to be. Even though you can expect a number of benefits by making changes at this foundational level, the coaching process typically goes deeper. We start exploring values, purpose, and passion, and how they’re all connected. Emotionally—results include increased confidence, self-esteem, and improved overall well-being.
