
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 date
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Instructions
- Blend the first group of ingredients in a blender then pour into a glass container.
- Stir in the second group of ingredients and let sit overnight.
- Enjoy in the morning
