Hi, my name’s Jesse and I’m a yoga instructor, recipe developer, and creator of The Prana Kitchen.
I’m passionate about teaching others how to connect with their mind and body through intuitive eating and mindful movement.
You can find me teaching at various locations or work with me one-on-one.
This is Elizabeth. She is a graphic designer and photographer who helps bring The Prana Kitchen to life.
Our paths crossed in one of my movement classes.
Still a student and now also a dear friend.

My philosophy—what we eat, what we think, and how we move our body, synergistically contribute to our state of well-being—not to mention our confidence, self-esteem, happiness, productivity, relationships, career, and more. Prana is the Sanskrit word for life-force or life-energy. Prana, or chi, is a concept that goes back thousands of years and is mentioned in ancient texts, yoga, tantra, martial arts, Chinese medicine, and Ayurveda. It has been studied scientifically and philosophically. The Prana Kitchen is about pursuing and cultivating this energy. I believe food, mindfulness, and movement are ways we can directly increase this life-force.
