My philosophy—what we eat, what we think, and how we move our body, synergistically contribute to our state of well-being—not to mention our confidence, self-esteem, happiness, productivity, relationships, career, and more. Prana is the Sanskrit word for life-force or life-energy. Prana, or chi, is a concept that goes back thousands of years and is mentioned in ancient texts, yoga, tantra, martial arts, Chinese medicine, and Ayurveda. It has been studied scientifically and philosophically. The Prana Kitchen is about pursuing and cultivating this energy. I believe food, mindfulness, and movement are ways we can directly increase this life-force.
