Yoga and Dessert

Yoga is exceptional at building awareness, whether it’s in the mind or in the body.
I wanted to create a class that takes advantage of this heightened sense of awareness, and combine it with something everybody loves—food, and more specifically, dessert.
This is  an all-levels class designed to increase flexibility and promote relaxation.
After our 60-minute flow a signature dessert is passed around, and together we sit in silence and enjoy the tastes, textures, and smells.
It’s a wonderful way to approach eating food in general.

There is a new dessert each week. Most of which are going into my next ebook.

One-on-One Yoga Instruction

take your practice to the next level

There is so much to learn about yoga. I know I’ll be a student for life.
Even though attending a class is a wonderful experience, it’s often not the best setting for someone who wants to really understand what’s going on.
It takes a lot of time to learn how to coordinate one’s breath with movement, activate or soften individual muscles, and correct muscular imbalances within the body.
One-on-One Yoga Instruction is similar to Personal Training, and can significantly enhance your practice.

More flexibility, more strength, accomplishing a certain pose, improved balance-whatever it is, we can make it happen.  Working one-on-one allows us to take a closer look at individual poses, address postural imbalances, and experience full-body muscular activation.
