That something is your mind and body, for that is where strength and vitality come from.

I often say “eat, think, move” and that is the foundation in which I work.

to creating equilibrium in the mind and body.

Prana, is the Sanskrit word for life-force, or life energy. It is considered to be a cosmic energy that permeates the universe on all levels. It is mentioned in Hindu philosophy, yoga, tantra, Indian medicine, and martial arts. VITALITY ARCHITECTURE is all about tapping into this force.

What you do with it, is up to you. It’s completely transformed my life.
