Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 medium avocado
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons liquid coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup chopped dates

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Place the first set of ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender and mix until you have a batter.
  3. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl and then fold into your batter along with the dates.
  4. Add batter to an oiled 8x8 glass dish and bake for 22-27 minutes.
