Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 date
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

 

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend the first group of ingredients in a blender then pour into a glass container.
  2. Stir in the second group of ingredients and let sit overnight.
  3. Enjoy in the morning
